Borghese South Africa - Imperial Market Access Healthcare SA (Pty) Ltd - Return and Refund Policy
1. Introduction
At Borghese South Africa, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality products and exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, our returns policy is designed to ensure a smooth and hassle-free return process.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them. Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all returns.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Gift cards, Sale items, Products specified as non-returnable or not for resale, subject to section 7 below. Items purchased from third-party retailers and not directly from us.
4. Return Process
- Initiate a Return: Log into your account on our website and navigate to the ‘Order History’ section. Select the order you wish to return and click on ‘Request Return’. Confirm the collection address (if different from account shipping address).
- Return Authorization: Our customer service team will review your request and provide you with a Receiving Order Number (RON) and instructions on how to return your item.
- Packaging: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation.
- Shipping: Attach the received RON document provided by our customer service team to the return parcel to send the item back to us. We will send a courier to collect your return parcel. Please ensure you obtain a waybill number for shipment tracking purposes.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
6. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the item. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
